Before placing an order we highly recommend that you read the
following guidelines. If all guidelines are not met your order may be
delayed or may not processed.

G & K Craft only sells to retailers who have a storefront.  To qualify as a retailer you must have a F.I.D. number and State resale tax Id on file. 

The minimum opening order is $150.00 retail value.  Each reorder is a $75.00 minimum retail value. 

Each product has an minimum purchase quantity.  When you purchase the minimum or higher you will receive a fifty percent discount off the suggested retail value.  If you do not purchase the minimum you will pay the full suggested retail cost.  Please note net priced items do not receive a discount.

All products are prepared when ordered.  Nothing is premade to insure freshness.  Because of this please allow 5 - 10 business days to process you order. This does not include shipping time

Payment Terms
Your first order must be Visa, Mastercard,  Discover or Bank Check/Money Order.
Terms are net 30, with approved credit application. Please allow up to 6 weeks for credit check.
A finance charge of 1.5% is applied to past due accounts. Any account not paid in 45 days will be out on a prepaid basis for future orders. When paying by credit card, your account is charged the day we ship your order.

Payment Terms for non-US customers
Any payment made by check must be in U.S. funds and drawn from a U.S. bank. If payment is not drawn from a U.S. bank, a bank fee of $25 will be charged. All sending and receiving costs for wire payments (swift transfer) is the responsibility of the sender. Check with your bank for total fee charges.

Damages & Returns
In the event that you experience a Freight Damage, save all materials and contact us immediately.
All claims for returns must have a return authorization number issued by customer service, made within 30 days of receipt of order.
