Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Please read our Wholesale Accounts Terms & Conditions before applying for an account.

G&K Craft Industries reserves the right not to accept an application for a wholesale account for any reason we see fit. We are not looking to mass market our products. Only applicants with select legitimate businesses, that are reselling our actual products (not finished or handmade products) will be considered.
All applicants requesting a wholesale account must be able to prove they are an established commercial business in good standing by providing a faxed or mailed copy of all the following (no exceptions);

We do not provide bulk sizes or special packaging for any of our products, other than what is offered in our catalog. Accepted wholesale applicants are not allowed to re-label or in any way disguise, re-formulate, re-package, modify or make changes to any products offered by G&K Craft Industries. We do offer private labeling on our products for pre-qualified customers. Please inquire with customer service.

Accepted wholesale applicants must meet all minimums in  order to receive their maximum discount. We cannot make exceptions on this. However, if you have a customer that needs a special order and you cannot reach the minimum, you may be able to purchase and receive a lesser discount. Please inquire with customer service.

Wholesale accounts cannot be used for personal purposes. If it is determined that your account is being used this purpose, it will be immediately terminated.

Any information provided in the process of reviewing your application is confidential  and will not be disclosed to any party for any reason except between any third parties you designate as having knowledge/proof of your business or its operations.

Please take the time to review and complete your wholesale application properly. Any missing or false information will result in a delay or cancellation of any pending order.
